Refund Policy

Refund period

You can request a refund within 14 days of a payment. After 14 days, that payment is not refundable, and we do not give partial refunds for unused time in a billing period.

How to request a refund

Refunds are handled by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Visit paddle.net and look up your order to request one. Refunds go back to the original payment method. See also Paddle's Refund Policy.

After a refund

When a payment is refunded, the related subscription may be cancelled and writing access ends. Your drafts stay in your account and can still be downloaded.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from "Manage plan" at the bottom of the writing page. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

Abuse

We may decline refund requests that show signs of fraud or abuse, such as repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles, where permitted by Paddle's policies and applicable law.
